All Rooms

• Sweep the landings and stairs from top to bottom, paying particular attention to edges and corners.
• Vacuum all floor areas taking extra care on stairs, paying particular attention to corners.
• Vacuum skirting boards and window sills.
• Wipe down, dry and polish all skirting boards, ledges and surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean all fixture and fittings, removing all dust.

Bathroom

• Clean the toiled bowl with a toilet brush and apply cleaning to the inside of the bowl.
• Wipe the outside of the toilet, pipe work, cistern, handle and toilet seat, lid and hinges.
• Scrub the inside of the bowl with a toilet brush paying particular attention to remove any stains at water level and under the rim.
• Clean the wash basin and bath.
• Wipe all surrounding surfaces including wall tiles, ledges and pedestal.
• Polish all taps and bath furniture.
• Tiles will be cleaned using a cleaner sprayed directly onto the tiles and wiped off.
• Clean shower screen or cubicle.
• Remove dust and, wipe down and polish towel rail.

Woodwork, Furniture & Doors

• Using a damp cloth, wrung almost dry, wipe the surface from top to bottom
• Mop floor areas using cleaning solution in a bucket as per manufacturers instructions
• Wipe skirting board by hand to remove splashes.
• Wipe down all doors, window sills and skirting boards to remove dust using a feather duster working from top to bottom.
• Using a duster, buff to the required finish.

Kitchen

• All surfaces damp wiped
• Small appliances like toasters, kettles, knife flock will be moved and wiped under
• Floors mopped or damp wiped
• Tiles will be cleaned using a cleaner sprayed directly onto the tiles and wiped off
• Remove dust and grease from all kitchen units and cupboards, wiping external surfaces
• Sink scrubbed and cleaned
• Draining board wiped clean
• The surfaces will be wiped with a dry cloth to remove any smears.
